Our customer’s complete satisfaction means a lot to us. If you have found your item to be defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund or product exchange. Your order number and the return reason needs to be included in the email. Otherwise, the return and refund process may be delayed.
Returns or exchange
- Returns and exchange are only valid for defective or damaged products as well as incorrect item. Unfortunately, we are not able to entertain returns or exchange caused by user regret.
- Proof of purchase must be submitted and the product packaging fully intact for a return.
- Within the period of 7 days from the date that you received your products, you are able to return them and receive a refund. Any return costs are covered by you.
- If it is over 7 days, we regret to inform you that we can no longer refund the product.
- The full refund is conditional that the returned product arrives at our HQ unworn and with packaging intact.
- IRAU cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. This will be determined by the IRAU Service Team upon arrival.
- If anything is missing or not in its original condition, you may not be able to receive a refund.
- The IRAU Service team will handle your matter within 5 to 7 business days after your product has been received.
IRAU reserves the right to decline refund/exchange on non-defective items and used items.
Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
